If you do not wish to accept new terms and conditions we have notified you of after we have given notice, you should not continue to use our web site.

SECURITY

Due to high levels of internet fraud and to offer better protection to our customers, we have decided that initial orders may only be sent to the cardholders address. If, however you find this to be impractical you will be required to contact us by phone to establish extra security information before the goods are sent. Similarly, if we suspect that a card may be being used fraudulently, we may contact the cardholder by phone to confirm security details before despatching the goods.

DELIVERY

We deliver to UK mainland and Isle of Wight only. All deliveries at £6.00. Recorded Delivery will be made by Royal Mail on a 1st Class signed for basis. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours from an order being placed, except at weekends and Mondays when they are dispatched on the following Tuesday.

RETURNS

We hope that you are delighted with your online mail order purchase from us. However, if you need to make a return for any reason we will be happy to help.

You can return goods you have ordered from us if the item is not satisfactory or which does not correspond with its description or which fails to comply with any other item implied by the sale of Goods Act 1979.

Goods must be returned within 14 days (from receipt of goods) in their original condition.

Before returning your items to us, please check:

The item(s) for return is unworn, in re-saleable condition, complete with all swing tags & any original packaging.

How To Return Your Item(s)

Please email us with your order number and reasons for returning and we will send you a label and document to be enclosed in your parcel.

We do not cover the cost of returns postage to us. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely with us.
